I have to get in touch again after a long time.
After we asked about the chemical composition of the coating, IKEA suddenly agreed to replace the sofa. We agreed that we would receive the originally paid checkout price as a credit for a new couch - so in the end, we were still satisfied. Unfortunately, pretty much everything that could go wrong did go wrong during the exchange - here are the steps so far:

[*:264jfe49]2nd attempt - shipping company comes with a pickup order, but without the goods[/*:m:264jfe49]
[*:264jfe49]3rd attempt - this time with a pickup receipt and delivery note - only the goods were forgotten[/*:m:264jfe49]
[*:264jfe49]4th attempt - couch is delivered, old couch taken away
But: 1 part of the couch is wrong (2-seater instead of connecting part on the right), the cover on the 2nd part is defective[/*:m:264jfe49]
[*:264jfe49]5th attempt - wrongly delivered part is exchanged, defective cover collected[/*:m:264jfe49]
[*:264jfe49]today call - the cover is no longer available
