So I have it like this and modern ovens really don’t emit any heat anymore. At least not during the typical 15-minute baking process for frozen pizza. It could be that a goose over 6 hours eventually heats up the surroundings, but first of all, you don’t keep it that hot for the whole time, and secondly only once a year. If necessary, add extra insulation between the oven and the cabinet wall (they often narrow again behind the front panel).

If you see the primary task of your oven as baking frozen pizza, then the fridge next to it will hardly be a problem...

However, if you like to cook and bake...

The oven does produce heat at the back. At the back, where the fridge releases its heat and expects "cool" air.
Then hot, moist air always escapes from the oven. The fridge almost magically draws it in when you open it. Too much moisture promotes mold in the fridge again...

It is not a drama, but if you can avoid it, you should.
