We had exactly the same experiences as described in the initial post. The consultation was great, but no types of electrical appliances were mentioned. The salesman even explicitly said... "you'll just go online with this, compare, and end up unhappy."
In the end, we went to a carpenter who gave us a bit less product advice but a highly professional material consultation. The offer clearly refers to the current market price of wood and transparently shows how the price changes if wood becomes more expensive/cheaper.
We can either get the electrical appliances ourselves or he takes care of it, but for this, he requires a surcharge of about 20%. Overall, the total price is comparable to the kitchen studio, if not slightly more expensive, but the positive customer experience is unbeatable. Two acquaintances who are also building a new house followed our recommendation and are very satisfied!
My recommendation, therefore... buy where you feel most comfortable and are treated fairly... and that is not always with the cheapest provider... but the good feeling of having been treated fairly is unbeatable!
