80mm perimeter insulation. The floor overall has a U-value of 0.18, the roof has 0.14. The basement was certainly not calculated. The windows are triple glazed with 0.60 glass.

The calculation with 1m was only to see if that changes anything... The units are ground floor and first floor each 2x 50sqm and attic 74sqm according to DIN

I would build it differently too, especially if it is supposed to be an investment property. The construction is much too expensive, both in terms of material and space consumption.
The motivation is probably high due to the fivefold KFW repayment grant.

Brine heat pump, 10KW photovoltaic with corresponding storage and display option in the residential units.
With a 500k investment, I would get 50k more in subsidies with Kfw40plus, which roughly corresponds to the additional costs, I add about 10k on top, but it would be worth it to me.
