After purchasing the house (single-family house, built in 1975), we want to replace the old gas burner "Viessmann Duo Parola e" with a modern gas condensing boiler.
Also, three radiators and a few heating pipes.
Now the question arises whether a KFW subsidy (7.5%) makes sense at all for an individual measure as mentioned above?
According to the Kfw website, an energy consultant must be commissioned to supervise the whole process and submit the applications, if I have understood everything correctly?
Since the energy consultant also has to be paid, despite the BAFA subsidy, is a KFW subsidy worthwhile at all?
Doesn't the subsidy contribution just consume the consultant's fee and make the whole thing unprofitable?
We estimate the cost of the replacement to be 8–10 thousand.
Does anyone have experience with whether a KFW subsidy is worthwhile at all?
Thank you in advance
