Hello everyone,

I hope I can gather some experience here.

We are currently planning our own construction project in RLP.
We would like to use the KFW 300 program with Qng and thus take advantage of the €220,000 funding.
The plot of land is already available.
We received a consultation from Hanse Haus and I have to say I was shocked at the price.
€580,000 for 160m2 turnkey.
The consultant can only offer us a free plan since it is a border development.
We ourselves could not do anything because of the QNG proof except for some painting work (consultant's statement).
They calculated €3000 per m2 here.
Additional construction costs €30,000
Garage €10,000 (does this have to be included in the cost estimate?!)
Garden €10,000 (according to the consultant this also must be included in the cost estimate)

Does anyone here have experience or a similar project?
Or can recommend another provider?
Currently we are still waiting for an offer from Massa Haus.
The price is definitely too high for us and the funding absolutely does not make sense.

I would be very happy about answers and help

Regards
Leon

Hmh, one could also call something like that a defensive offer.

Is there already a (rough) plan for this object, or was it set based on feeling and wave impact?

What does boundary construction mean? Placed exactly on the boundary, or an extension to the neighboring building?

Such nonsense, why is that? The 3000 per sqm is currently the usual rate for standard equipment without frills. However, this original poster probably wants more than standard with QNG. Accordingly, the offer is rather friendly. Besides, we don’t know the other special requests yet.

Yes, directly on the boundary. Currently, there is an old barn on the property with a 3m distance to the neighbor. That means we are not allowed to build windows in that direction. After that, he put aside the QNQ Line catalog immediately and said we can forget about it. What I also found strange, it was the initial meeting, and he said we have to sign by the end of April, otherwise prices will increase from 01.05.

Thank you for your answer

Hello Katja, thank you for your contribution. There have been almost no extra requests so far. So would you say the price is good and justified?

Just because you can't imagine it doesn't mean your opinion is correct. If you knew what I do, you wouldn't react like that either. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about.

And if I tell you that you can get QNG for 2500 as well, then you can believe me.
