Why should that be a defensive offer? A prefabricated house manufacturer like Hanse Haus makes its money by selling and building prefabricated houses. As soon as you deviate from the mass and want to build something individual, it automatically becomes more expensive with such a provider. That has nothing to do with defense; it deviates from their concept. With specific plot requirements, you might simply be at the wrong address with a provider specialized in selling off-the-shelf houses. And you don't get QNG for free either; you have to look carefully at what costs more and what you ultimately gain from the subsidy. Aside from that, €3,000 per sqm is not unusual; on the contrary.

You have to learn to read more carefully. I didn't say that you couldn't build for 2500, but that this is not a counteroffer.

The price is normal but absolutely impossible to assess based on your meager information. Border development, barn – how are we supposed to know what other details are involved? Do any countermeasures need to be taken? Slope? Demolition costs? Other types of contamination? Development? The list is endless.

Thank you for the contribution, which provider would be the right address? Would you have a suggestion? Thanks

Dear Katja, sorry that you can't make anything of this meager info, but if you have nothing useful to contribute and find the info insufficient, then just don't comment. I also don't understand why you are spreading bad vibes here.

You say the price is normal but on the other hand you say it can’t be assessed. You are contradicting yourself.
