Isolated drywall chamber for controlled residential ventilation in the attic

We decided in the middle of construction to insulate the attic after all and some time later to install the controlled residential ventilation system there. In hindsight, that was a very good idea because it greatly relieved the space in our utility room and we indirectly gained a lot of heated storage space. Wouldn't that be an option for you as well, which in the end is not really more expensive than an insulated chamber?

The running costs are definitely cheaper with a fully insulated attic compared to the insulated small room or even the controlled residential ventilation in the "warm" basement. Because otherwise, you would still have to heat the attic in addition to the basement.
