I already feel sorry for the poor clueless woman. She bought a piece of land with beautiful trees, as she thinks. Has a house built on it and is already looking forward to moving in. But she lives so far away or is so busy that she can't or doesn't want to come to the construction site herself. Meanwhile, some unfounded resentment is brewing among the neighbors, of which she knows nothing and for which she is not at all to blame.
And who wrote that now? Please do not publish any unnecessary interpretations here. I just find it strange that one does not look at their own construction site. But to each their own. The only resentment growing is that they simply littered our property. She is responsible for that as the builder.
You picked the wrong contact person there. Of course, the seller is not allowed to pass on the data of a buyer.
Apart from the footpath, you are a direct neighbor and as such have the possibility to look into the construction file of the neighbor (possibly for a fee). In doing so, you not only receive the address of the builder but also information on whether the trees are protected and whether their removal is not allowed. If there is a possibility, for example through replacement plantings, to obtain a felling permit, one could present one's own fears and inconveniences in a friendly conversation with the neighbor and already offer a solution, e.g. to cover the costs for felling and replacement planting. In the end, one could also ask that the builder remind the general contractor to be considerate of neighbors and demand the prompt removal of the waste.
Talk to each other, friendly and respectfully.
Thanks for the info. The employee of the city building department was not allowed to give me any information, so I had my number forwarded to the neighbor. But obviously there was no interest in exchanging with us, both regarding the garbage and the trees.
In this respect, I am rather not so optimistic about a possible solution. We would have taken the blame for this anyway. After all, we want something from her and not the other way around.
