Well, I more meant an eye for an eye... But you're right, as soon as she can guess that there's a bunch of pallets on her property, she'll definitely come by.

Hello

The trees are really very big and the needles are certainly like hell.
Try to talk to the owner. Somehow that should be possible.
You should absolutely not drive thick copper nails into the trunks. Because that kills the trees. Don’t do that.

The thing with painting the nails. If someone does that, the tree will definitely fall onto the house at the first gust of rain.

That is a fairy tale that it works with copper nails. Glyphosate is supposed to be better.

Well, I am Katja. My name is in the signature.

That someone doesn’t visit their construction site can have many causes, but it doesn’t have to mean anything. Maybe she has no car, or is severely disabled, or is heavily occupied professionally, or simply doesn’t feel like dealing with the dirt...

I do not find it unnecessary at all. A different perspective could also change your view of the world. Just as little as the forum knows your neighbor, you know her, so your interpretation could be far from the truth. But that looks to me like the beginning of a wonderful friendship.
