Is there an additional charge for exterior plaster with a broom stroke texture?

The broom stroke plaster with the lines of the rhombus slats would be too much of a carnival for me. I would rather choose a plaster with some sand aggregate.

Castle wall plaster would be my favorite! Then of course you would also need a little turret...

I wanted to use Altdeutscher Putz, also known as Bauernhofputz, for the renovation of our property. Unfortunately, I couldn't convince my wife. However, I also really like the broom stroke look, but more for the interior.

LOL - and how do you get the stones stuck onto the ETICS? But still cute, just inventing a new type of exterior plaster ;-)

Which plaster is the surcharge calculated for? Probably normal roughcast? Then the price is okay because there is significantly more effort involved in the application. And see how you imagine the broom finish, there are huge differences in its expression! I also believe that it could be too much in combination with the wood. I find both the broom finish look and the wood accents very good; you see them more and more in our region, but I have actually not seen them combined yet. Maybe because the overall appearance becomes very busy?

ROFL Those aren’t stones at all! They’re modeled into the plaster. :P But sure, that’s probably even more expensive...
