Super - thanks! That now makes the west lot quite attractive - if it weren’t for the 140k price difference.

Ok. That’s quite a thread (301 pages) – I have something to read over the holiday. ;) (is that forbidden?)

Don't worry, you'll notice when the warning comes first and the ban follows with repeated use.

Well, punishment must be, if only for the evidently extremely sloppy research: ... because precisely there you will find exactly the required model presented everywhere as a bestseller. Although as a classic non-detached semi-detached house, but one more window side does no harm. By the way, the usual suspects are mostly GU, but the projects suitable here as role models are usually (only) BT. I can very well imagine this only seemingly detached semi-detached house, as it will presumably only become a detached third twin to the semi-detached houses standing directly next to it (in the zoning plan excerpt, however, I see neither knot lines nor clearly recognizable usage template assignments). I agree with the assumption of the garage as practically a twin clone of the neighbor’s garage – and also that the roof pitches of the main roofs have to be adopted and thus coordinated with the neighbors of the adjacent semi-detached house. But that is usually the case with the projects of the usual suspects as well; you will therefore be able to visit dozens of examples of concrete implementations. And you’ll probably now have to read the Goalkeeper thread all the way through after all. I had hoped that finally someone could just pick out the successful house design. Sorry .

You can find inspiration everywhere on the internet.
For example, for a full floor on the upper floor (complete attic then bedroom/study, ground floor classic living/dining/utility room). And that on 6x9m. If you turn Bathroom 1 into a small study or the utility/heating room, you get even more space on the attic/ground floor.
