Yes, I believe that. Offers are marketing offers, not individual, and start at the medium-priced usual 3000€/sqm of living space. 3000€ x 150sqm.. As long as no architect has been on the property, the soil report leaves the foundation slab open, or the usual missing cost suspects that are not mentioned in the construction performance description, you can't come with the great low price from the premium house builder like I get a premium house at a super-duper bargain price. This assumption is just as naive as the question. Is the foundation slab at least included in the offer?Today the first calculated offer arrived: converted to 3,000€ per sqm of living space.
