Is Schwörerhaus a premium provider compared to Streif Haus?

Today the first calculated offer came in: the equivalent of €3,000 per sqm of living space. And some additional wishes are taken into account here. With €450,000 you can do quite well even with the mentioned providers, as long as you don't go completely overboard.

What does this price mean specifically? What is included, what is not?
Development etc. still has to be added anyway.

But yes, pure construction costs are always estimated here in the forum at +/- €3,000/sqm.

Additional construction costs of course not included, but purely the house turnkey/move-in ready. Extra wishes such as blinds, walk-in shower, shower toilet, air/water heat pump and 2-3 other smaller things are however included. With a regional solid builder we were at the equivalent of 3,250€ per sqm. We received this number from 3 builders who built with this provider.

Well then, let's get started. Just a question, do you want to convince someone here of your idea? The respondents have usually already built or even built multiple times. If it were all that easy, this forum wouldn't exist. The reason Again, my idea is to post your project here with these key data plus the questionnaire; everything else is just as vague as an offer with a rule of thumb of €3xxx.- euros. Even the building plot alone can easily throw that off. Just post the construction service description as well, and then people will tell you if or what is still missing.

An economy provider does not play in the same league as the two mentioned Holzer. One of the most important things in what I call “price comparisons” is to focus the participant field on one league and not to inflate it…

one league and one standard, to be exact. Earlier you spoke of excluding painters and floor layers and now of move-in ready. That is apples and oranges. Shower in the toilet because of the dog or rush hour in the bathroom? – Dinner guests probably showered at home anyway.

The project thread would also be the right place to name these regional solid builders (even if they – which is rather a good sign – are rather passive on their website).

Very strange debate, which in the end is only interesting at the regulars' table when someone proudly tells that they built with the premium provider.

For example, does an aerated concrete block become better if it is installed by a mason commissioned by Schwörerhaus and not by Streif Haus or even a discounter?
