Are you generating heat and electricity with a unit that may only be operated with Aral Ultimate gasoline? Then someone really ripped you off with the insurances!

The 2.5 is what most banks use to account for all the costs that a house incurs during operation in the debt service capacity (i.e. heating, water/sewage, municipal charges, insurances, etc., including a small maintenance reserve of 0.50 cents). That’s why 3€ is better for oneself.

By the way, banks only calculate with standardized values.

And my grandmother’s inheritance, even though I don’t want to argue about it constantly now... I think you’ve heard of the most expensive district in Germany, namely Starnberg, where the house is located, furthermore by the lake. With her pension and rental income, she can even save money.

I don’t care where the grandmother lives or what she does. An inheritance only counts once the estate event has occurred and the money changes hands. Then you can "enjoy" that the financing ends a bit sooner; but basing the feasibility of building a house and its financing on that...

If an exposé of a shell house with land is advertised, you have to read very carefully what is "included." I assume that the incidental construction costs must also be borne by the buyer if it is a land sale that a general contractor has secured to build his house on.
