Hello, banks like to check your creditworthiness, it will most likely be easiest if your parents join in the financing. However, an absolute deal-breaker is certainly the age....

Unfortunately, young and old people have a harder time getting a large loan.

The mentioned construction sums are also too low

No, nothing is included...the UP cistern and the connection set from Geberit are always the same and these are never included with any bowl

With what you can do, forget about the prefab house and go solid. Just Google hebel Bausatzhaus. Or Ytong bausatzhaus. You can handle that. Karsten

Haha thanks Karsten..but I think something like that is already a bit too intense.

I will now take a look at what the financial scope would be, what the whole thing would cost exactly and what the risks are.

And if it doesn't work out, then I'll just wait a few more years and I'm only 26 anyway

By the way, the tone here is sometimes pretty rough

Thanks for the answers!!!

Best regards

Lukas

One really has to smile here.

no one denies that the OP can do something, but without money nothing can really be done.
The only thing that brings security is the way to the bank, which is doable

And here are a few comments on your statements again:

I find the rents totally reasonable to cheap. You can’t live that cheaply in property ownership.

She or her family probably had to work hard for that. Once she is no longer so spry, care will consume the liquid assets. Transferring it now doesn’t help either, the heirs are always involved.

Laugh, hypothetically speaking, if she were to gift you the money and becomes a care case, her children (your father? mother?) would have to pay for this care. Or it will be the case that the authorities approach you and you have to pay back the money.
We’ve already had this topic here once.

That, however, and also how frugal you are with 2100€, does not interest the bank. They calculate with flat rates: one person needs a certain amount for living expenses, two people need less than double that etc.

In every construction project, at least one car was worn out by us. Especially the own labor makes a small car a large vehicle, after all materials have to be transported from point A to point B.

Ninja, I would get a 600€ car with a year of [TÜV]. Financing it alone (is) always better. I would never even consider renting.
