Hello everyone,
unfortunately, the KfW support currently does not answer any questions regarding possible funding for the period after the stop. However, maybe one of you can help me with my question? It concerns the following: I am a German citizen but a so-called tax non-resident in Switzerland. I receive my salary (paid in francs) from my Swiss employer. I currently do not have a registered residence in Germany, but I would like to purchase a property in Hesse and renovate it with KfW funding and then rent it out; possibly, I will also register a second residence there. Does anyone know what criteria KfW applies to its applicants? Do I have to be registered in Germany to receive KfW grants for the renovation? If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful! Best regards Leon
