Is it still possible to apply for KfW55 funding?

Is it still possible to quickly submit a KfW 55 application with "estimated values" before the funding expires?

Specific house and specific values from the energy consultant. If you can manage that, then yes. But I am 100% sure that you won't be able to do it.

We applied last week with our builder who forwarded it to the energy consultant and uploaded our application in the kfw grant portal, and within 2-3 days the grant was approved... We have not yet spoken to the bank about the loan. We will do that as the next step.

That's exactly what our architect sent to the energy consultant, and the energy consultant recorded our personal data and uploaded it to the subsidy portal. With the approval, it then really went quickly. But before that, the plan for the house must be ready.
