Is it still possible to apply for KfW55 funding?

One idea: could I now just take any prefab house plan, have it energetically calculated, submit the application like that, and then completely change the plan afterward (and of course also the consultation/calculation by the energy consultant)?

The energy consultant must confirm afterwards that it was implemented exactly like that. So it won't be legal. In our case, even making the window 20cm bigger was no longer allowed.
