Hello, we also have a corner plot, with 75cm allowed for us. As far as I know, this is intended so that you can look around the corner at the intersection to see if someone is driving or walking. If something happens there, it's just unfortunate. Otherwise, you can have a hedge 2m high.

A hedge is, in my opinion, analogous to a fence and therefore only allowed up to 80cm in height. Unlike the fence, however, it can sometimes be allowed to grow taller and be trimmed if necessary/complaints arise.

I do not consider a limit of 80cm for the entire side to be sensible. Only the visibility triangles at the intersection area should be kept clear.
