Sorry, that is a generalizing stereotype. I can name 5 women off the top of my head - including myself - for whom it did not seem contagious, even in their mid-30s. Believe me!

I agree with that. The house has to fit one's own life plan. If that changes, then the house changes too. Where is the problem? I am in my mid-40s, living in my fourth property (apartment, semi-detached house, villa, apartment) and am currently looking for number 5 (house) – always in accordance with the respective life circumstances.
