Is HAR/technology sufficiently dimensioned? Any experiences?

Well, you do mention basic techniques that belong to a house, which certainly fit in over 12sqm. But where are the washing machine, dryer, storage for so many things: tools, cleaning supplies, decorations... do you have other rooms for that or what?

Yes, there are separate rooms for that. This room is really intended only for heating and such. We also have a pantry, storage room, and other storage space.

If I read this correctly, the room will be tight, but it should work. If necessary, a short wall can still be built in. We also have an alternative plan where the room is 50 cm longer.

Controlled residential ventilation can also be hung from the ceiling.

The controlled residential ventilation system should be hung at the top and below it, I have planned the hot water tank. Attached is the new plan.

Hm, a controlled residential ventilation system would no longer fit above our storage. But I don't find such discussion or drawing very informative, since a heater rarely stands on the wall, many pipes need to be accessible, controlled residential ventilation ducts have their own dimensions, and meters from providers like [zb Wasserwerk] must be removable. They have their own regulations.

Where does the fiber optic APL go? Where should the small server cabinet for patch panel, switch, router and possibly NAS go? Does the TV wiring run through the utility room?
