What about garden, terrace, paths, parking space/carport/garage and driveway?

In Lower Saxony, these are completely normal prices.
By the way, it’s a pity that 10k for a kitchen is already called "cheap" here.
I’m getting a very nice Nobilia XL kitchen for 10,750€ – I signed the contract last week. I find it crazy how some people here have partly lost touch with money.
