No worries, there will be no savings on the building insurance or fire shell insurance.

Construction performance and builder's liability insurance are concluded.

I see it the same way or rather all the points mentioned have also caught my attention. I have now taken out all 3 insurances there.

*yawn* Every single person who makes money from house construction and wants a bigger slice of the pie uses that saying. Come over and stack some bricks, then you’ll get more from me than filling out 5 pages of applications is worth.

I even went to a local, independent broker office for building insurance. Because you’re operating in a market where you don’t even know many of the players by name. And what does he pull out of the hat? Domcura! It’s simply a great product, end of story. Behind it there are certainly big players, like you like, it’s just a different distribution channel. It simply cuts out all the local offices and the like.
He could even offer the same price as my previously found online offer, but in the end he didn’t get the contract. What at first appeared progressive and open was supposed to end in a mandate, with power of attorney to handle any insurance including authorization to get information from doctors and whatever else! Which you might need if you want to badger customers about disability insurance and who knows what else. All very practical.
They’d have to really get me drunk for me to sign such nonsense.
Too bad, he wasted his (and my) time. I would have signed the application immediately if he hadn’t tried to lock in his follow-up business. This bunch is completely off the mark when it comes to actual needs.

Alex, you are so stubborn. That’s exactly what I immediately and gladly gave my broker, not the part with the doctors, but otherwise a general power of attorney. Now he insures me where he thinks it is good and affordable for us, I don’t take care of the stuff anymore, I am insured with him, he handles the rest, of course in communication with us, great system. Finally, nothing to complain about. That’s the principle of a broker. Karsten

so far, I have only had opposite experiences. So far, no broker has been able to offer me even one insurance that a) is equally good and cheaper or b) better at a justifiable extra cost. Convenience is one thing, but there are only a few insurances that you cannot take out yourself, and that also does not end in insurance hopping.
