: Thanks! It was clear to us from the start that it should be something proper and accordingly also has its price. Let's see what ends up being offered in the end!

So, our offer with Perfera indoor units is at €12,000 including installation. A larger item is of course the outdoor unit, which comes to €4,800 net including the console and brackets. One indoor unit has a condensate pump, the other three are drained into the basement and then "dewatered" there using a condensate pump. I think the price is basically not bad, and I believe the 3% VAT reduction will still apply, and I would also inquire about a discount; depending on that, a round price of €11,000 would be possible.

The smaller rooms will have a Perfera CTXM (the exact type is not specified, but they only differ in performance) and a FTXM is specified for the larger room. However, I would have the types confirmed again, although I assume they have already been chosen appropriately, but checking is always better.

The price is realistic. It is just a multisplit.

Thank you! Yes, that's how I see it too, the device prices do correspond to what you find online. And yes, the price driver is indeed the multisplit outdoor unit, BUT it should also provide cooling in the house for some time!

What also comes into play is that we have a very good feeling about the HVAC technician (+ heard good things) and he could probably implement the matter in about 3 weeks.

Just by the way, the FTXM and CTXM are not from the Perfera series; they belong to the Professional series. The indoor units of the Perfera series are called FTXTM-M or ATXTP-M, and as far as I remember, they also have a different outdoor unit. The indoor units look almost the same, but the Perfera series is designed for -25 degrees, so you can still "heat well" in colder regions. Which outdoor unit was offered to you?
