Is a house building offer for a single-family house on a slope realistic?

For sockets and switches, I would estimate 100+. It also depends on your room program. Copy your floor plan and simply mark what and where you think is necessary or desired.

For the heat sources, I now assume only one per room. Is this enough for you? Downlights planned? Extra charge?

TV and network: Ask exactly what you will get. One network socket per room is good, but I am a fan of a double socket. Ask about extra charges for additional network sockets, for example in the hallway for an access point. TV and network will probably end in the utility room. Is a patch panel included for the network? Satellite dish and wiring will not be included.

Have all extra charges for additional switches, sockets, network sockets, ... given to you in writing.

Yes, I can already tell that there is still quite a bit to clarify in this area. We definitely want downlights, and in several different rooms!

Thanks for the advice!

Why should he do that? The majority of the general contractors will put in some absurdly high fantasy numbers here. A "good" general contractor charges craftsmen price + 20%. Why not arrange it directly with the craftsman?

Because the craftsmen have not yet been disclosed.
You still fix the prices with the general contractor (You are right). Later on, you have the option to approach the craftsman directly.

Are you using the term here for the "Kellerlichtschächte"?

Hehehe.... now I actually looked it up on Wiki myself and am somewhat shocked. Of course I mean the light wells, but I really learned that they are called exactly as I wrote :D :D I will make an effort from now on to write in modern German :D
