Is a house building offer for a single-family house on a slope realistic?

No, forget it. Standard language is nice in itself, but loss of regional identity is still rather an unwanted side effect. Better to do a little googling. As a butcher’s offspring, I can live well with the fact that in some areas people say Fleischer, Schlächter, or Beinhauer. It’s basically all the same to me *LOL*

Is the price for everything realistic or overpriced?

Frank, are you aware of the possible impact of a WU basement as a living basement, and have you understood what Tom wants to tell you with that? As far as I understand, you then need a second installation level, otherwise your electrical installation will look like this :p. At least for the exterior walls. A second installation level directly means less living space again! Here’s the hint...

In the WU concrete, the electrical installations were also not allowed to be laid in our case. An installation level was placed in front.

How... for everything.
This is a construction service description of how the house will be executed.
There will still be this and that. You have not even inquired about these prices yet.
You have to add them up!
And you have to have the documents checked yourself, just as you should have another company make an offer. Should.

This is the only thing you need to present to others, for that there are AI house numbers without painting and flooring from various GCs.
Then you can compare.

However, you also have to ask once in a while... hehe... what is the balcony made of, and how big is it? And why is the roof overhang one meter on the half-bungalow?

170 sqm x 2000€ = 340,000.
I bet with electrics, controlled residential ventilation, and this and that you will pay more and with the floor coverings you will be at 380/400,000. Without ancillary construction costs.
Above all: he can always weasel out with the construction service description, saying "that doesn't apply to a basement anyway"

A living basement is defined. So the walls will probably be nicely plastered ;)

A residential basement is defined. So the walls will probably be properly plastered ;) [/QUOTE]

Really? And his last words were.... "I thought that,..." :-p
