Introduction of multiple utilities What should I understand by that? Water, electricity, and telephone?

After spending hours browsing the internet, I at least have a rough idea of what it actually is
The products of the companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I didn't really find anything using the search function, I am now looking for someone here who can explain to me as a layman which option to choose and what it is all about.
Flat, round, how many pipes, arrangement, which accessories,...
The company employee was only partially understandable due to the dialect
And of course, their own product is always the best
About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal energy will probably be installed separately.
Thank you!

Who is doing the foundation slab? That person should actually at least partially cover the topic of house entry (planning and opening). We had a basement, where the basement builder left a hole and the local water supplier delivered and installed the multi-utility entry.

With the foundation slab, I am therefore not exactly sure how it is done.

The "doing" is settled. But I have to buy "das Ding". And I don't know what to pay attention to or what is important.

Huh? If one of the two does it, then he should also deliver it. I wouldn't do things halfway, because they have to know the specifications of the products. After all, this is not an oven that you choose yourself, it is about tightness and functionality afterwards, both have to be guaranteed for your case.

At our place, EnBW handed over the multi-service and the flexible buildable pipes to the structural engineer. He integrated the multi-service pipes while pouring the foundation slab and allowed the blue pipes to "peek out" of the ground about 2 meters away from the house. When it came to the house connections, the contracted company opened the trench from the handover point at the property to the blue pipes, and the utilities laid their connections. Trench closed and done.
