From bottom to top, so in our case first wastewater in the sand bed, then some fill soil on top, then the protective pipes of the multi-utility line. The reverse probably also works, but then the soil above the protective pipes should be compacted first before the sand bedding for the KG pipe is laid.

The concrete contractor covered the difference to the "standard" since he just didn’t have anything else at the time and thought it was okay given the ground conditions (actually no extra charge compared to the offer ;)). But it’s also a local concrete dealer who is probably doing quite well right now and didn’t have to (or didn’t need to) offer dumping prices.

By the way, we noticed the advantages in recent days when our mini excavator accidentally scratched a pipe—almost nothing visible...

the multi-utility connection is also only 3 meters long with you, but was probably connected right at the street?
I'm not sure if it's 3 or 6 meters.
