Under these conditions, it will be purely single-story, whose attic conversion for residential purposes (or more accurately for sleeping or working purposes) will hardly justify its staircase; I would only provide an attic in the roof. What more can I say about this running gag?—read here for a while, and this belief in the marketing worldview of a cost-certainly realized "prefab" house will resolve itself. A 27° roof pitch will not be steeper even with an architect ;-)We actually want to build a prefabricated house and not an architect-designed house (due to cost certainty).
