You know that I don’t want to dissuade you from that, it’s just how my current experience has been and as you also know, it now has priority for me that something works. I had already received enough ladles of the other kind... o_O We then had the high walls painted by the plasterer at short notice so that progress could finally be made here, and suddenly he said the paint wouldn’t be enough after all and he would need it t-o-d-a-y :eek:. By the way, today there are again -five- craftsmen here at the same time, making noise everywhere......the 6-month silence at the construction site is finally over. Today facade and base plaster, weekend digging for driveway and stairway.:D

The painter said (of course) that this bio stuff was nothing, his paint holds better. He probably isn’t entirely wrong, bitumen paint or car paint probably would have held even better. :eek:
He mixed the primer directly into the first coat (painters apparently do that often) and then applied another coat. Although… in the end you have to see for yourself, but we have two coats on lime plaster (one of which included primer). On the concrete ceiling in the kitchen there is white Keim paint, one coat would have been enough there, but it still needs a second coat because of the now removed edge strips from the wall plaster. Unfortunately, various sequences were not followed for us several times because the craftsmen were again on the run.

Thanks for your experience! Then I'll also eagerly wait for the reports from with Alpenkalk. We'll be painting according to the construction schedule only in August 22, so we still have a bit of time until the order :)

So I did everything with Keim paint. Plastered walls with Biosil, which I covered with painter's fleece with Innostar. One coat was not enough. So I painted everything twice. I bought everything online, from the dealer who was the cheapest at the time. So I was or rather am satisfied. However, I have no direct comparison.

I am very excited, I have now planned with one coat. In case of emergency, I will just have to reorder, which would also be a test of the speed of delivery; you can also dilute with 10% water, which I would do for a second coat if it is necessary. Oh, the express delivery only applies to DHL, which is the standard method for all quantities up to 10 buckets. As soon as an order exceeds that, it will be delivered with Spedi, which is probably also the case with my initial order. But I prefer that too, then I can have it delivered directly to the house by appointment.
