Ikea Utrusta hinge with lifting mechanism

Hello everyone,

I have the problem that the display cabinet doors close slowly but do not stay open, is there any trick to adjust this?
I have 2 hanging cabinets 80 cm wide each with 2 doors 40x80 cm for the horizontal opening and the Utrusta small hinges, the lady from the kitchen consulting team put everything together for me, but no matter which screws we turn, it doesn't stay open at the top, on any door!

Annoying when putting things away :confused:

Utrusta klein is suitable for a door with max. 40*80 cm according to Ikea. There is exactly one screw to adjust to the door weight - see instructions on p. 12. Screw it back in completely once more. If that is not enough, make a complaint (25 years warranty!) and if necessary install the stronger lift hinges.

You have to turn there for a long time. A cordless screwdriver is useful for that.
