Ikea refrigerator Nutid bc 154

Hello, I wanted to report on what happened with my refrigerator problem.
Oh yes, in the meantime I was told that the refrigerator is now called Nutid FDN 800.
But it is still the same device.
Northern German Bauknecht customer service was here.
First to look and say that a plate (thermostat) needs to be replaced, then almost three weeks later
to install the said plate, and.....to damage my brand-new kitchen
Damage to a door of nearly €380, and.....a refrigerator that is still as cold as before
Doesn’t anyone have this refrigerator?
I would really be happy if someone could tell me what temperatures their above-mentioned refrigerator has on setting 1.

hello I have been using the Nutid BC 154 for 2 months but have never measured the temperature, only know that the switch should not be operated as it is only intended for tropical climate zones. I could measure the temperature over the weekend! best regards bergpriv

That's right, it is not an Ikea kitchen! It is from a company that paints in RAL colors on request!
I had Ikea for 19 years and was very satisfied.
Due to remodeling, I now needed 90cm diagonal corner base cabinets to fit everything in (and to realize my dream of this refrigerator) and Ikea does not offer those.
Therefore, I only have all the appliances and the faucet from Ikea.

I measured the temperature again and it is between 6.8 and 7.4 degrees in the lower drawer.

Your refrigerator seems to be fine, which I am very happy about for you.
Today I had the customer service here again, who measured with a "professional device"....
.....lower drawer 0.9 and upper drawer 1.3.
It will now get a brand new thermostat, with which the temperature can be set more precisely.
