IKEA METOD kitchen system conclusion

I think it is really bad that there are doors from 40 cm height in all 20 cm increments up to 200 cm, but the height of 160 cm is missing. The reason given is that none of the built-in refrigerators offered by Ikea require this height. So you are supposed to avoid using third-party appliances as much as possible, which means it is best to get rid of existing appliances and definitely buy new ones from IKEA. This clearly shows that not so much value is placed on customer friendliness, which IKEA boasts about, but rather on profit maximization.

Same with dishwashers.... Due to the low base, practically no dishwasher fits. We recently bought a new one that we also wanted to integrate into the IKEA kitchen... doesn’t work. There is no adjustable rail for it. Unfortunately, no indication on the IKEA website either. All the hinges that allowed you to use an existing dishwasher have recently been discontinued. At the moment I am somewhat cooking... a kitchen for 5000 euros and then I can’t panel the dishwasher...

...which unfortunately all boil down to buying a new dishwasher. I’m not going to buy a kitchen for (für meine Verhältnisse) a lot of money just to have to tinker with something. The only semi-reasonable solution was taken out of the program.

There is also the possibility to use ERSÄTTARE or to mount the front with an overhang on a raised plinth. The latter is of course a bit inconvenient if the kitchen is already installed.

I am currently facing the problem with the dishwasher as well.

I have a Bosch SGI58M05EU/42 that stood in my previous kitchen Faktum and now have no idea how to cleanly integrate it into the new Metod kitchen, which is already set up except for the dishwasher...

Are there any recommendations for new dishwashers that fit directly without hassle or fiddling (I use exclusively stainless steel fronts Grevsta, so something with a replaceable front is not important as long as it is stainless steel and can open cleanly and without gaps over the normal 8 cm plinth) and don’t cost around 1000 €?
