....and why not have a stylish steel ski with about 8cm width on the open side) I did it like this here. Cost of the ski €50.- at the locksmith and you can stand on it afterward if you want. Below I used the same Ikea in gray. In my opinion, it looks stylish, you could even stick it to the wall without problems.

There are also runners in smaller sizes that can be screwed to the wall. Then you have support for the board and nothing on the floor.
If you google "regalträger unsichtbar," you will get other options. But I don’t know how stable those are. However, there are certainly stable options as well. The board needs to have a certain thickness for that.
