L-stones are expensive, clean, and not exactly attractive. I would shape the small area, plant it, slope it, and build a drainage edge so that no street water splashes in during heavy rain.

For me, the detail "Zufahrt in Garage" (preferably as a photo) would be interesting. Because I suspect that you can drive into the garage from the path without a threshold. The same path would also be taken by the water. A photo would certainly be interesting, which was taken from the (assumed) direction of the water.
Otherwise, I think the tip: Look at what the neighbors have done, is not bad.
Here is a photo with the driveway to the future carport. One possibility might also be to install a drainage channel at the beginning of the gravel path across it (in consultation with the municipality).
A staircase exit is to be added at the bitumen wall.
