First of all, thanks for your ideas. The garage floor is at zero. The cellar shaft can be extended in height at any time. What does FS mean? Most of it will probably be paved (by ourselves). The terrace also needs to be filled up; overall, I need about 100 cubic meters of fill material. If I understand correctly, you are not suggesting any wall or similar structure to retain the street at all? I don't know if that will hold everything...

That should work. You can also go a bit higher and make the pedestal lower or leave it out entirely. Planning that is not the problem. FS stands for frost protection.

The slope of the embankment towards the street in my design is less than 1:2.

The driveway is supposed to stay like that? Without asphalt?

How did you plan the property? Terrace with concrete slabs?

What is the budget for the outdoor facilities?

I actually have some concerns about the water with the podium. I also still have our construction company in mind, which once said that a podium is definitely required for timber studs. The driveway will remain without asphalt and is actually supposed to transition into pavement. The gravel road is privately developed, so I would also have to pay for the asphalting.

Nothing is planned yet for the terrace. Maybe leftover paving stones, planning will come later.

No budget is specified.

We have a similar situation and will execute it without a pedestal despite the wooden stud frame. In the entrance area, we will use a drainage channel with ventilation for this. Just google "Stabile Air" by Richard Brink. Since I am a bit paranoid, I will also have it connected to a sewage system - but according to the manufacturer, this is actually not necessary.

Unfortunately, we haven't made much progress yet, all the landscaping contractors in the area are unavailable.

We have another idea in mind:

Have L-shaped stones in anthracite installed along the entire length (approx. 11m) and then clad them with rhombus slats or something similar? Or instead of the L-shaped stones use shuttering stones and build it ourselves? Although I'm not sure if that would simply withstand the pressure from the road.

By length you probably mean along the entire entrance front - draw the idea once from above and in both sections (scale before beauty).
