Idea generation entrance area

Here is a photo of the driveway to the future carport.

This is much closer to the dramatic elevation figures in the plan; the picture at the beginning of the thread looked very harmless - almost incomprehensible compared to the verbal description.

One must of course also imagine the later embankment. You can see it quite well on the pallets in front of the door, the upper one can be assumed as a later platform.

A stairway is supposed to be added to the bitumen wall.

At first glance, it looks as if there is a garage inside the house down there o_O;)

Is the garage floor also at 0 m?

Do you really want to go 2 steps down from the garage driveway and then 2 steps up again to the entrance? I would fill that in. But who built the basement window well so deep?

How does the filling of the terrace look like?

I will describe how I would plan it if an affordable solution is desired.

1. Set the basement window shaft to -0.10 m.
2. Podest in front of the entrance at -0.02 m (1.2 m * 2 m) with curb edges and then pave. Slope towards the street 2%
2. Place lawn curb edge on a concrete base at 40 cm distance from the house along the entire length of the house. Slope to the south
3. Lawn curb at a distance of 1.40 m to the Podest, better along the entire length of the house
4. Fill the area between the edges with a slope towards the south either with FS or better pave. The paving should reach 18 cm below the Podest.
5. Fill and plant the area towards the street.

The path should then continue around the house. It is a cost question.

This is only very roughly outlined how it could be done.

But possibly there is more to be done around the house.

Exterior landscaping on a steep slope is simply expensive.
