Hello everyone!
We have problems with our floor plan and room layout.
Unfortunately, our architects also have no usable suggestions.
At the moment, the bed is positioned so that there is 50 cm to the outer wall and 24 cm to the door. The bed measures 2.30x2.30 and the bed frame replaces the nightstand, so this is not necessary.
Nevertheless, I find that far too tight. Unfortunately, this wall is an existing wall and cannot be changed. To be honest, we can't think of another position for the bed except by the window, but that would be inconvenient.
We would have liked to have a wardrobe niche there. We can't find space for that either.
Of course, a built-in wardrobe in the hallway would be possible, but we don't like that because then the hallway would only be 1.40 m wide. The pantry could also be closer to the kitchen, but we haven't found a solution there either. The dressing room should roughly keep this size.
I hope someone can give us an idea. We are quite desperate about the issue.

Oh, several architects at once. And now the community gets to pull the chestnuts out of the fire - but of course without more insight than "necessary". A little more appreciation would be nice, instead of just throwing in a single floor plan. At least it’s synoptic, but you still don’t get the whole picture from it. A settlement house is adapted to the new owners' budget, that much can at least be read from it.

Well, then you have to detach yourself a bit from what was planned so far.

And question things like storage, etc. There is a lack of information to draw closer conclusions about whether there is a basement (presumably, since there is no utility room), etc. Then one could divide the hallway/entrance area differently, basically plan the bedroom suite so that the actual sleeping area is the last in the sequence ... a general approach for this would be, for example, to swap the sleeping and bathroom areas.

The wardrobe niche is basically given, and 140 cm of remaining hallway width is actually quite generous.

Take a 1.80 meter bed and a bedside cabinet. Then you have your space to move and only the area at the head end needed for placement.

Narrower bath, open the 2 bricked-up windows, close the open one. Turn the bed and place it between the 2 windows on the exterior wall with the head end. Redesign the bathroom. The wardrobe is fine as it is. The furnishing of the living room seems more questionable to me.
