Oh, several architects at once. And now the community has to pull the chestnuts out of the fire – but of course without more insight than "necessary." A little more appreciation would be nice, instead of just throwing in a single floor plan. At least it's synoptic, but you still don't grasp the whole from it. A settlement house is adapted to the wallet of the new owners, at least that can be read from it.

by several architects I mean my architect and partner. We are trying to adapt the building to our needs. I don't find anything wrong with that. In our region it was and still is almost impossible to acquire a property.
Therefore, this object was simply available and we think it's good.

So if an architect can't create a proper "suite" from such a large area, then it's either the fault of the clients or the architect. In my opinion, the walk-in closet in this form is a disaster and the freestanding tub inflates the bathroom.

Are you only concerned with the ground floor?

Why was the upper floor completely remodeled? If the balcony is unwanted, just put a window there and that's it.

In the ground floor, the bathroom belongs below the bathroom on the upper floor.
