So, laundry is dried outdoors or in the drying room or in something called a [Wäschetrockner].

You can try. I estimate that he will do it. He already finds the whole thing very unpleasant because the expert told him that it is probably his fault and that he cannot understand that the furniture is still standing against the wall, that he dries laundry there and so on and so forth.....

What more am I supposed to do than having it excavated and inspected? Now have the whole thing done again by another company? They have checkmated me with the expert report even vis-à-vis the property management.

blablabla...we dry laundry indoors for years!!!! and after showering I like to leave the bathroom door open and the window closed! because the air (especially in winter) is then pleasantly humid..AND WE HAVE NO MOLD!!! never had any! Furniture is also placed against exterior walls.

The conclusion of the report is simply nonsense and not worth a cent!! But go ahead and let yourselves be fooled

What would your approach be? I would need to convincingly refute that to the owners' association.

Not me. Some in the dryer, but afterwards I also have to air out. The rest hangs normally to dry inside the house. Always have. And I basically have the windows open all summer. Day and night. And never (!!!) had mold. The insulation may still be intact—but still obviously not sufficient. The walls must be far too cold—otherwise the moisture wouldn't condense there like that.

If that was state of the art in 1991, I will hardly be able to force the owners’ association to invest in something higher quality here, right?

But before that, it would first be necessary for an expert to even suggest that as a reasonable option.
