As equity, we have about 300,000 with an expected construction cost of 700,000-750,000. The plan is an architect-designed house with approximately 200-230 m² of living space, 3 stories without a basement. The land costs amount to 310,000.
Nice equity. But 200-230 m² will probably cost you over 500k including additional costs. Especially if it’s going to be an architect-designed house. The market is going completely crazy (especially craftsmen) :) Just don’t let anyone fool you... talk to people who are currently building a custom-designed architect house of that size. Even here in the forum, I don’t know anyone currently building an AFFORDABLE architect-designed house :)
