So this is the shell construction without plaster and then built like that next to it? I would ask the site manager if that could be possible. I am also curious about the answer.

At least that explains the 5 cm. With the future plaster thickness on the outside, the full 9 cm. And then comes the interior plaster - as well…

You should have questioned the even numbers ;)

The room behind will be larger, provided the error is not in the exterior walls. That means the owed basic and living area will be reached, just distributed differently among the rooms. There will be nothing to gain ...

Hopefully no one, because the measurements in the plan are always calculated without plaster.

40cm should perhaps be 36.5 + 2*2 cm plaster.
The structural builder thinks hmm 40cm? Those should probably be 42.5cm bricks...

Although I doubt that right now since the stones are 2.5 cm thicker than in the plan. I want to go there again tomorrow and measure everything.

Since the shell builder acts as the general contractor, hopefully that won’t happen.

Next house then. The first for the enemy, the second for the friend...

He probably meant that kitchens are not planned under 3.20 or over 2.40 ;)
