Tell me, do you actually have to warn some users, admonish them, close threads or even ban them to make it clear that a certain friendly interaction is appropriate?

What is connected to each of those? TV? MediaCenter? Console? Ok... Which devices still need LAN? Although LAN on the TV might be unnecessary if you have LAN on the MediaCenter?

Edit: The only thing I would miss online: the Sportschau on Saturday. I would like to record it from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, like a friend of mine does, and then watch it in the evening when my daughter is in bed or maybe with friends who come by. Oh yes, and I might also record Formula 1, because on Sunday at 2 pm you usually have something better to do...

Unfortunately, little for the user's hobbies, generally finding the flaw and supposedly dispensing psychological wisdom.

BTW: Just talked nonsense, since you can record shows on the internet.

TV, Sat receiver, AV receiver, Playstation, Blu-ray player

What does the Blu-ray player do with the LAN? And with the TV or receiver, it’s clear that maybe one of the devices has "Smart TV functions" (like YouTube, internet, etc.), but why each individual device?

Not every device that has a LAN port necessarily needs to be connected in my opinion. AVR and Blu-ray player to the internet - why? I wouldn’t install a socket for that.

We plan two LAN ports. One is used, namely for the streaming box (primarily content from the home NAS).

I would always do a double connection, but with quad, the fun ends. The money for the necessary sockets would be better invested in a unicable-capable multiswitch.
