How long was your construction period from groundbreaking to move-in? (Solid construction)

End of March the excavator arrived, roof covered beginning of June, screed beginning of October and handover on 18.12.
Own work during the holidays and on 6.1. the first night spent in our own house. Oh yes, with basement

but without much own effort, right? Especially the 8 months from are really intense at Massiv & Keller.

The excavator arrived in mid-April, we moved in now on February 8th. Our own work was "the usual," meaning laying floors, finishing walls and ceilings from Q2 onwards (we wallpapered one room, plastered the rest).

Pretty much exactly 16 months.

Individual awarding completely on our own, except for the shell construction, which was done by the architect.

A huge amount of own work and then we had almost 4 weeks of "forced break" because the concrete plant had 2 machine breakdowns and could not deliver our filigree ceilings for the upper floor on time.

but without much personal effort, right? Especially the 8 months from @fragg are really intense with Massiv & Keller.

Basically just the floors (each 50 m2 tiles and wooden floorboards and 30 m2 rubber), some painting in the basement, and the first half of the kitchen assembled. After the move, there were still three weekends scheduled for renovating the old apartment...

I wouldn't say intense now. Groundbreaking at the end of February, move-in mid-October. Basement, solid construction. Including about 6 weeks standstill due to issues with multi-utility coordination and subsequent summer holidays. There would have been room for improvement. The team from is also setting a good pace.
