Hello,
I wanted to ask you, we are facing very hot days again.
How can we cool the house down a bit without an air conditioner or reduce the perception of heat somewhat?
We can't just install an air conditioner easily because we have KfW 55 and are not allowed to make any changes in the first 10 years,
or you have to hire an energy consultant to recalculate it.
We shade all the windows during such heat but can't keep all the windows closed.
The dog also needs to be able to go into the garden.
What would you recommend to us?
Use normal fans? Standing fan or tower?
What do you think about those with humidifiers? That only unnecessarily increases the humidity inside the house, right?
Are there fans or something that can actively cool something or mini air conditioners that don’t require fresh air supply or an outdoor unit or a hose that goes outside?
On very hot days 30+ we have about 25-26 degrees in the house as the highest temperature.
