Household electricity consumption - consumption values for comparison

Living in the house since December, currently consuming about 30 kWh per day (household electricity + heat pump). I am having an intermediate meter installed today to see what the heat pump consumes. The heat pump is a Fujitsu Waterstage WSYP100DG6 + WPYA080LG (outdoor unit) + 300 liter hot water storage tank.

We also live in BW. House KfW-55, approx. 165m2, currently 2 people employed. Cook every evening and wife likes to bake. The house is rather warmer than usual in all rooms (luxury). Have an air-to-water heat pump with controlled residential ventilation and heat recovery. Household consumption approx. 175 kWh, heat pump total approx. 640 kWh. Costs thus without base fee 45€+135€. However, the advance payment is somewhat higher, one looks forward to refunds

640 kWh seems quite a lot to me?

When I read here that some people only need 5-8 kWh of household electricity per day, I can only turn pale with envy. We are three people, cooking fresh every day and doing significantly more laundry than before because of the child. The heater fan also runs regularly. (Diapering, bathing the child, etc.) The heater fan, washing machine, and dryer already consume a considerable amount of power. --> 13-14 kWh household electricity per day

There is still no plaster on the outside with us. That is probably also a factor

Good question. How is that evaluated? If we have room temp. about 23 degrees, for example, and not just in the bathroom. Outside temp on average for December here is -2 degrees

Is household electricity then without heat pump?

We have a gas heating system and as five people (2 adults, 8 years, 3 years, 1 year) we are now using 2,000 kWh for the second year in a row in our house. The main power consumers are probably the fridge-freezer combination and the washing machine (6KG). The latter actually runs every day. But it used to be an A+++ appliance, which has now been replaced by an 8 KG washer-dryer because we just can't keep up with the laundry in winter. Let's see how this will affect the 2018 bill.

For that, I only replaced all halogen bulbs with LEDs a few months ago. Unfortunately, I cannot determine the electricity consumption of the gas heating separately.
