That is more than 1.5 meters

if anything, it is less or exactly 1.5m, the drilling points were measured in.

The photos, especially those taken by hand, are for the reasons mentioned by in #41 just as meaningful as your subjective perception on site. To get an idea of the topography, a leveled camera with known lens imaging parameters and clearly defined reference objects, such as vertically standing 2m ranging rods, would be required. Better and easier would be a plan with at least 8 elevation points: the four corners of the property and the corresponding points at the foot of the slope.

And where are they? Go to the municipality. They surely have the road development plan with exact, closely spaced elevations. For connection to the property, elevation points should also be visible on the property. Maybe they will make you a copy of a section.

According to the contour lines, that is conceivable. As I said, I would rotate the house to reduce the difference even further.

Pure speculation!

If the exact measurements are not readily available, you can get 30m of cheap transparent hose at the hardware store and simply measure the area yourself with two people.

Fill it with water and at the lower end, one person holds it as high as needed so that the water stands at both ends of the hose. It should easily work up to 2m without a ladder. Then use the tape measure to gauge the height. It doesn’t have to be accurate to 1cm. Still much better than this rough estimation going on here.

@escorda
@chand

The Te was on the construction site and got tips on measuring the course but still doesn't do it. So he doesn't care if it costs more, he can afford it.

And regarding my statement, yes I estimated but took the sale of the wall into account.

PS. I also couldn't care less whether it's 1m or 2m, it's not my property.

oh so you base that on the statement that at that time I neither had a water level nor a laser pointer, and so far I could only refer to the measurement values of the soil report...
Thank you!
