: have you ever looked at the system from the company "Homeway"?

There you can configure your connection sockets relatively freely and also "rebuild" them at any time (because it's a plug system) if the configuration no longer fits.

We have installed this system in the house and are very satisfied with it.

yes, I have watched a presentation from them once. But does every electrician install it? And is it cheaper than the standard solutions? What advantages do I have, besides the fact that the sockets are practically interchangeable and the cables are nicely linked?

I don't think every electrician installs that.

And it's probably not cheaper than a standard solution either.

What convinced us was the great variability - so we can (hopefully) cover our requirements in the future with a connection box in every room by simply plugging and unplugging.

And for that price, I'd rather get a proper access point...
