I would then just leave him out for the setting first. It's only 1-2 days a week. You don't have to adjust the regulation hourly. Feel free to give feedback occasionally. Hope it works out so far. I'm also adjusting in my "new" house.

That sounds illogical to me. If I now set everything so that I just reach the desired temperature at the highest level, what do I do when it is 20 degrees colder outside?

The heating "runs" controlled by the outdoor sensor on a temperature curve (this heating curve is currently being determined). When the outside temperature drops, the heating increases the flow temperature of the underfloor heating.

Then the flow temperature will hopefully increase according to the heating curve just enough to reach the desired temperature again. The background is probably that this way, one always operates with the lowest possible flow temperature, which saves costs with certain heating technologies.

Thanks for the explanation, I understood.

if I set the heating curve so that it has 20 °C with fully opened thermostats, I can only increase the room temperature via the heating curve, right? That actually means first lowering the heating curve so that you reach a maximum of 20 °C and then raising the heating curve again a bit so that the thermostat still has some room to move upwards? Otherwise, I wouldn't need thermostats and would just go to the utility room to adjust the temperature.

For example, we have 23~24 degrees in the bathroom and 21 to 15 degrees in the other rooms, and yes, the temperatures also hold when you close the doors.

How much do you save percentage-wise through this fiddling?
